What happens when you arrange a survey?

Here's a brief walkthrough of what to expect when you book your survey

The Survey

A prompt, efficient and professional survey will be undertaken by a fully qualified CSRT/ CSSW surveyor in accordance with the customer's instructions to determine the nature, extent and cause of any problems. This can often be the same or next day should urgency be a factor (e.g. in relation to offers/ closing dates, etc).

Report

A detailed written report will be prepared stating all observations and recommendations together with a specification for any remedial works required and a cost assessment for any specialist treatment which may be required. This allows customers to make informed decisions and factor costs into their budget.

Remedial Work

Should specialist remedial work and treatments be required, the customer has the option to use our specification for comparison with other quotes from other companies, provide a copy of our specification to their own contractor, undertake works themselves or contact us to request an introduction to one of our Specialist Contractors to undertake the work.

Guarantee

If using a Specialist Contractor, upon completion of the contract, they will issue a 10 year guarantee in respect of specialist works, offering you peace of mind by protecting your property for the future.
