External maintenance

A broken gutter has allowed rainwater to spill down the face of this building for some time. This has resulted in the masonry becoming saturated creating ideal conditions for Dry Rot to germinate and causing significant structural damage internally.

Whilst this is an extreme case, ignoring external defect and not maintaining roof, rainwater goods can often lead to issues internally that could easily have been avoided.
