We were asked to carry out a timber survey of office accommodation for the River Garden Project at Auchencruive estate in Ayr prior to refurbishment to form residential accommodation. Warping to window panelling was a tell-take sign of concealed dry rot and further exposure revealed substantial repairs and treatment were required.
